Yes, all of our ambulances are in compliance with the requirements of 'Ambulance Services Regulations on Ambulances and Emergency Health Cars'  in terms of their technical features and equipment.

 General information about our staff
  • All our health professionals have diplomas given by the Ministry of Health so that they can perform their professions according to their departments. 
  • All our ambulance drivers have "Basic First Aid Certificate".
  • In our emergency ambulances we have a team of three staff members. The team has at least one physician or one paramedic, another medical staff and ambulance driver.
  • At least two personnel, one health staff and one ambulance driver work in our patient transport ambulance.
     
 Would you give information about the  qualities of the personnel (doctor, anesthesia technician, driver, etc.) of your company and whether the relevant personnel have the workpaper given by the Ministry of Health?
Our emergency health and ambulance team consist of physicians, technicians, paramedics and drivers with first aid training. We also have pilots assigned for air ambulance organizations. All our health care professionals have a work permit certificate. We also have work permits from the Ministry of Labor for all of our foreign employees. Our Doctors have a "Compulsory Financial Liability Policy for Medical Malpractice". Our doctors know at least one of the languages ​​of Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bulgarian, Russian and English at a good level (some are native speakers). We have paramedics who can speak English.
